Choosing and Buying a home

When choosing a home, decide where you may like to be based and how much land you would require. Many homes in the villages have land from 800 sq metres to 3,000 sq metres and take much attention. Also its possible there can be a couple of houses on the same land, or  foundations that can be used to rebuild and or enlarge the exisitng home.

  Most village homes have wells on the land, this is free natural spring water which can be used to irrigate your garden/land, rather than taking it from the mains, where there is a cost. Many homes have outbuildings for  small holdings of animals and supplies of food etc  and storage of wood for the petchkas in the winter months. Something for you to consider if you are hoping to buy a home and live in Bulgaria permanently.

 If you choose a home in Bulgaria it is neccesary to form a company to buy the land before you can buy any home.
