The Advocatt is an expert in his field and works quickly and efficiently  to get paperwork through. We will take you to view properties you would like to see locally,  then assist you with your paperwork at the Attorneys, and opening an account in Bulgaria.
Most homes come with land and therefore at the moment you still have to form a company. Here this is no problem and the Advocatt can do this for you. A  10% deposit is required, when you choose to buy a home,  the rest of the payment  is  transferred to the Advocatt once the documents are ready to be finalised. You can also give the Advocatt power of Attorney to deal with your house sale if you are not able to be in this country when it is finalised.
